Workers Hotel has grown over the years to become one of Sweden’s leading providers of project accommodation, delivering solutions for construction and industrial projects across the country. The company was born out of a simple question: why is it so difficult to find good, affordable accommodation for project workers?
Since then, Anders Jönsson and Magnus Kinnmark have built a business that makes project housing simpler, more flexible, and reliable. From small teams to projects with over a thousand people, Workers Hotel provides tailored solutions that let teams focus on the job at hand.
“My role is to follow major projects across Sweden so we can stay ahead and be ready to help our customers solve their accommodation needs,” says Anders Jönsson.
The company’s strength lies in flexibility and problem-solving. If customers have special requests—like meals, transport, or cleaning—Workers Hotel makes it happen. “We enjoy challenges, and our customers appreciate that—whether it’s quality, budget, or other specific needs,” Anders adds.
Hands-on approach in Lysekil
Since 2018, Workers Hotel has provided accommodation for Preem in Lysekil. During the major shutdown in 2025, they arranged housing for approximately 900 people, and delivered over 69,000 meals. Anders describes the collaboration with property companies and their own facilities as crucial: “With clear management and customers who trust us, it works really well.”
A long-term, sustainable approach
Sustainability is a natural part of the business: inventory is reused and repaired wherever possible, minimizing the carbon footprint. Anders emphasizes that profitability and sustainability can go hand in hand.
Looking ahead to 2026
Workers Hotel aims to continue growing with Swedish industry. “Looking ahead to 2026, we are here to support our customers as they develop Swedish industry, while helping their teams sleep well and keep accommodation costs under control,” Anders concludes.
