Signs that the market is waking up

We are seeing clear signs that the market is gradually waking up. Activity is increasing, and several factors are pointing towards a more positive development for Swedish industry and the construction sector.

Over the past months, we have noticed a clear increase in enquiries, while investment confidence is also strengthening. A more stable Swedish krona, lower inflation and expectations of a continued favourable interest rate environment are all contributing to a better business climate.

Investments are driving activity

At the same time, major industrial investments continue across Sweden. Developments within defence, data centres, energy production, electrification and critical infrastructure are driving the market forward.

These large projects also create a growing need for accommodation for workers from different parts of Sweden and the world. This is an area where we continue to see strong demand for flexible accommodation solutions.

For us at Workers Hotel, it is particularly encouraging that we have recently been trusted to provide accommodation solutions for one of Sweden’s larger projects. When our customers grow and invest, we also get the opportunity to develop alongside them.

Looking towards the autumn

We are heading into the autumn with a strong order book, a high inflow of enquiries and a strong sense of optimism.

Of course, there are still uncertainties in the global economy, and there are always factors that can affect the market. But when I look at the activity we are seeing right now, I believe there is good reason to be positive about what lies ahead.
